TEAMWARS E-SPOR TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("TEAMWARS") by, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the General Clarification Text within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, which is presented for your information,

The personal data of the data subject to TEAMWARS as data controller or by those authorized to obtain appropriate security measures, directly or indirectly related to the purposes stated above, may be processed in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including the principle of retention for the period prescribed by law or necessary for the purposes for which they are processed; may be obtained, may be stored in physical or electronic environments for a suitable period for processing purposes, may be preserved, may be changed, may be reorganized, may be disclosed in accordance with the legislation, may be transferred, may be classified, may be processed, or may be prevented from being used; I acknowledge and declare that I have been informed by the data controller about the above matters and that I have consent under KVKK.

This personal data, for the purposes described above and subject to the condition of being bound by the purposes described above, may be transferred by the data controller to: the website's employees, officers, group companies (Companies and/or business partners, shareholders), public authorities legally authorized to supervise, independent auditing firms for the purpose of operating their activities, survey companies, data controllers that the data controller receives services from or cooperates with for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided to me, and service providers; and I hereby acknowledge and declare that I have given my explicit consent in this regard.

In addition, pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK and related legislation; by applying to the data controller, I have the right to learn whether my personal data is processed, to request information on whether my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of my personal data and to verify that it is being used in line with its purpose, to know third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request deletion or destruction of personal data when the grounds requiring processing have ceased, to request that such correction and deletion requests be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been disclosed, to object to an outcome arising from solely automated processing of personal data in my favor, and to demand reimbursement for damages due to illegal processing of my personal data; and I understand that I have the right to file a request with TEAMWARS by filling out the form at TEAMWARS's address and sending a signed copy of the form with documents identifying my identity personally to the data controller at TEAMWARS, or via notary or other methods specified in KVKK.

Furthermore, I hereby acknowledge and declare that my personal data shared with the data controller is true and up to date; if there is any change in these details, I will inform the data controller of the changes. I have given explicit consent for the processing and sharing of my sensitive personal data defined in KVKK, limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and I have been informed; accordingly, I accept that I have read and understood this text, the Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, and the Clarification Text.
