TEAMWARS is a data and technology company focused on the esports ecosystem.

TEAMWARS offers a range of products and services including player and team performance analytics, insight generation, statistics services, and the competitive/tournament operation infrastructure that supports these services.

Tournament infrastructure is only one of the TEAMWARS services; TEAMWARS is not positioned solely as a "tournament platform."

1.2. Corporate Structure and Contact

TEAMWARS services may be provided through companies established in two different countries:

1.3. Relationship with publishers / no endorsement (Important)

TEAMWARS is not a subsidiary, affiliate, joint venture, or representative of Riot Games, Valve, or any game publisher.

1.4. Contracting Party and Data Controller (Simple Rule)

Under the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the company that serves as the contracting party/data controller is determined, as a rule, by your country of residence:

• Users residing in Turkey: TEAMWARS E-SPOR TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş.
• Users residing outside Turkey: Revora Labs L.L.C-FZ

This distinction may give rise to different practices with respect to payments, prize processes, and legal obligations. Mandatory consumer protection rules are reserved.

1.5. Ethics & Transparency Commitment

• Minimum data: We aim not to request personal data that is not essential to operate the service.
• No personal data sales: We do not sell your personal data.
• Opt-in for optional tracking: We offer opt-in consent for non-essential cookies.
• Sharing with public authorities: We only share data when legally required and pursuant to properly issued requests.
• Publisher/provider rules: We comply with the rules of integrated game publishers/service providers.
